Tabulations and Awards by Solicitation Number
The Purchasing Division posts preliminary tabulations within five (5) business days after the advertised bid opening date. The information on the preliminary tabulation will be posted as it was read during the bid opening. The city makes no guarantee as to the accuracy of any information on the preliminary tabulation. The bid tabulations do not reflect payment terms and/or SBE price preference. Once the city has completed its evaluation, an award recommendation will replace the preliminary tabulation.
