The city of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department requests Statements of Qualifications from direct endorsement 203(k) lenders to partner with Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), as part of the Home Improvement Program (HIP). This request is targeted to 203(k) lenders; however, we will entertain responses that include 203(b) and/or conforming conventional loan products. Lenders will leverage FHA 203(k) loan funds with NSP funds available to eligible homebuyers for down payment assistance, closing costs and rehabilitation.
