District 5 Planning and Rezoning Applications


The rezoning process consists of land within the City of Phoenix being rezoned from one district to another.


If your neighborhood would like to make its position known on the rezoning case, contact the village planning committee chair and Planning Department staff member assigned to the village planning committee before the meeting. For a list of village planning committee agendas and member lists, call 602-262-6882.


Then, make your position known to Planning Commission members usually one week before the Planning Commission hearing. For a list of hearing dates, call 602-262-7131. For a list of planning commissioners, call 602-262-6882 or visit Planning Commission Members


Finally, make your position known to your City Council member, usually one week before the City Council hearing. For a schedule of City Council hearing dates, call 602-262-7131.
