Residents are invited to ask questions and talk about city issues with Councilman Michael Nowakowski during several upcoming chats around his district.

The events will be held:

• 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16, Desert West Community Center, 6501 W. Virginia Ave.
• 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 17, Fowler School District Board Room, 1617 S. 67th Ave.
• 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 23, Valley Garden Center, 1809 N. 15th Ave.
  
  

Staff from the city’s Water Services Department will be in attendance at the events (scheduled on Wednesday, Feb. 16 and Thursday, Feb. 17) to discuss reasons for the proposed water rate increases. On Wednesday, Feb. 23, the guest speakers will be community action officers from the Squaw Peak Police Precinct.
