Veterans Day Holiday Notice

City of Phoenix offices will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 11, in observance of Veterans Day.

Here's how city services are affected:

• Transit – METRO Light Rail, city buses, Dial-a-Ride and DASH will operate on regular weekday schedule.
• Solid Waste – No change of collection days.
• Transfer Stations – The 27th Avenue and North Gateway stations will remain open.
• Libraries – Burton Barr Central Library and all branch libraries will be closed.
• Parking meters – They will be free, except at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
