Welcome to the City of Phoenix Arizona Centennial Celebration Website!
In 2012, Arizona will celebrate its 100th year of statehood. Centennial events and activities will showcase the diverse nature of the state with respect to its people, entrepreneurial spirit, unique destinations and educational opportunities.
The Centennial goal is to have all 22 tribes, 15 counties and 120 cities and towns represented with at least one officially designated Arizona Centennial event and/or Legacy project that is unique and meaningful to its community.
The city of Phoenix is supporting and promoting the Arizona Centennial through a series of Signature Projects, Signature Events, Official Centennial Events and Centennial Legacy Projects, which will be held in Phoenix or are being created by organizations based in Phoenix.
Visit the City of Phoenix Arizona Centennial Events link on the left for a list of activities.
